The A to Z Challenge is almost one-third of the way over. Already! April is going by FAST. If you're a participant in the A to Z, keeping up with posting every day AND reading posts by other entrants is a, well, challenge. If you AREN'T participating this year (and why aren't you? It really is fun!), take a few minutes to pop over to the A to Z blog and check out a few entries from the 1,827 on the list. Or just read mine. That's good, too!
In the meantime, there are still Ten Things of Thankful posts on the weekend, along with hosting duties, although I am doing a lousy job of that during the A to Z Challenge.
This weekend, I am turning to the Secret Book of Rules (or Book of Secret Rules) and taking advantage of rule 17.25(c)(iii) and using this as my entry:
Last night was Emma's prom, and she had the BEST time.
The end.
Your hosts
A Fly on our (Chicken Coop)
Wall, Amycake and the Dude, Considerings, Finding Ninee, Getting

Excellent Citation (of aforementioned BoSR/SBoR)!
ReplyDeleteThank God for the rule book.
Deleteas parents our hearts fill up tenfold when our children are happy - she is stunning my friend - and you are doing the A to Z Challenge proud. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Marisa! It was really hard watching her drive away in a car driven by a BOY after we took pictures!
DeleteLovely. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteHaha - I love your post. Way to use the SBoR/BoSR! Emma looks lovely and happy!
ReplyDeleteI haven't used the SBoR/BoSR very often, but when you need it, you need it! And thank you!
DeleteSuch a pretty girl you have.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a fab job with the A-Z! Keep it up!
Thank you so much, Christine.
DeleteI had several posts written ahead of time this year, but I've already run out of those. Yikes!
Glad your daughter had a good time.
ReplyDelete:-)
Thanks, Kerry! She really did!
DeleteMy head is still above water, but just barely!
ReplyDeleteProm was everything she had hoped it would be!
No way I could do the A-Z challenge this year, I am having enough trouble keeping up with reading everybody's TToT posts!!!
ReplyDeleteYour daughter is absolutely beautiful! I'm glad she had fun at prom, my experiences with school dances never ended up very good haha
I have let my TToT hosting duties slide this month, I'm afraid, but the A to Z really is fun and you meet new people.
DeleteThank you so much! I never liked school dances, either, but she really had a wonderful time!
